Balla Wray
Client: Ashdown Jones Estate Agents
Brief: When Ashdown Jones entrusted us once again with their best property, we understood the need to create a video with a wow factor.
“Lifestyle! Lifestyle! Lifestyle!” Requested Sam… with the superior setting of Lake Windermere and an incredibly flexible house it wasn’t too much to ask. This movie allows AshdownJones to showcase the high level of marketing they can offer future vendors.

Plas Y Dduallt
Client: Walter Lloyd Jones – Land & Estate Agents
Brief: Plas Y Dduallt had to deliver two-fold.
Firstly, to showcase the romance of a 15th Century Manor house with its own platform onto the picturesque Ffestiniog trainline and secondly to launch the rebranding of Walter Lloyd Jones. This special property came at the perfect time and elevated their agency above the competition with the video going viral gaining over 100,000 views!

Llyndu
Client: Dafydd Hardy - Estate Agents
Brief:
With Dafydd Hardy launching their new ‘Coast & County’ prestige brand they called on us to film their debut property.
Llyndu was the picture-perfect property that almost filmed itself.
It was our first lifestyle video and the property achieved its full asking price within two weeks of the launch, with people still asking weeks afterwards to "view the property in the video"..

The Hideaway
Client: Bargate Homes
Brief: Bargate Homes presented us with a real challenge. To produce a video to market their latest development aimed at both newly retired couples and younger families; to highlight the amenities that can be enjoyed in the local area… and all when they only had one show home built!

Bodnant Estates
Client: Bodnant Estate
Brief: Our biggest project to date, the Bodnant Estate commissioned us to photograph and produce a lifestyle movie for each of their 10 rural holiday cottages with the launch of their new look website.
We linked an activity per property to highlight the fun and experiences to be enjoyed on the Estate.

Nant Lodges
Client: Nant Lodges Holiday Park
Brief: When producing our collection of videos for Nant Lodges we not only had to showcase their luxury lodges and pristine grounds, but the local area too. Targeting the retirement market our package of movies featured eating out, enjoying hobbies and spending time with the grandchildren and your four-legged friends.
